Pedro earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Salamanca, Spain and is a graduate of the prestigious Spanish Business School IESE-Barcelona where he earned his MBA. He held several positions at Prodesfarma and Boehringer Mannheim-Roche Diagnostics until he was appointed General Manager at Grupo Vita and later C.E.O. at Laboratorios Salvat.
Monika Borgers holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Dallas and an MBA from IESE Business School. For 10 years, she has held different management positions in Executive Education and Alumni Relations at IESE Business School. She has broad experience in assessing and advising professionals in management positions, career management, and analyzing companies from many different sectors.
Gabriel earned his degree in Business and Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid and MBA at
IESE's Barcelona campus. Several years later he complemented his training with the PADE program at IESE in
His professional career started at SEAT (Volkswagen Group) as Asia Pacific Area Manager. Subsequently, and
during 19 years he led numerous development and promotion projects with great success, including heading up
the Shopping Center Division at Grupo Riofisa as well as many entrepreneurial achievements. More recently,
Gabriel has also set-up and run a number of day-centers for senior citizens. He joined Ellis & Partners in 2011
as Partner specializing in Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructures as well as Energy and Professional
Services, nationally and internationally.
Lisette majored in Business Administration at Loyola University of Chicago. She has worked for Ernst & Young, José Cuervo and Vandemoortele in Spain and later as a freelance translator for Celer Pawlowsky and Garrigues before joining IESE and currently at Ellis & Partners as a HR consultant. Lisette has spent most of her life abroad, mainly in Italy and Spain. She speaks fluent Spanish and Italian and to a lesser degree Catalan and French.
Marianne earned her degree in Psychology with honors from the Universidad Católica de
Argentina and holds a Master of Science Degree in International Labor Relations and Human
Resource Management from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science
(LSE). With more than seven years of experience in the Executive Search field, she has
identified and evaluated executives and their direct reports, for multiple areas and industries.
Her professional career started at IT Convergence, an IT multinational company, where she
focused on the recruitment of technology candidates for Argentina and the United States.
Further she joined Valuar, an Executive Search firm leader in Argentina, where she worked
for more than five years conducting searches mainly for Latin America. Later she moved to
Madrid and is currently a Consultant at Ellis & Partners, a strategic partner of Valuar through
the Executive Search network, Agilium Worldwide.
Maria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from San Pablo CEU University. With a passion for art, she began her professional career working for the reknowned galleries Marlborough and Sotheby’s. Before joining Ellis & Partners she worked for two international law firms.
